I'll be honest... I do not work out as often as I should. So when I do exercise I like it to be quick, mostly painless but very effective. I bet you think such thing doesn't exist. You're wrong, It does! I found it(here)! This is a leg workout, mainly targeting the gluts, back, front and inner thighs. I do about fifteen of this in under ten minutes and the next day I can really feel the effect. So for those of you babes that are always on the run and don't always have a lot of time for the gym or if you like me and just don't like the gym, this is a really great routine that won't take an hour but will give results.
